Morrill Law is pleased to announce that Jennifer McGuire is now a partner at the firm. The trust and estate litigation attorney joined Morrill Law in 2017 and “has more than earned this position at our firm,” according to founder and managing partner, Joe Morrill.

Honored as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star every year since 2014, Jennifer represents clients in state and federal courts throughout California in all phases of litigation, including through trial. She has thrived within the firm’s exclusive focus on trust and estate litigation, handling complex matters involving multi-million dollar claims, allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, prosecuting and defending against claims of financial abuse, and disputes regarding the characterization and distribution of trust and estate property.
Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. She has presented to professional groups, including the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers and Legal Assistance for Seniors, on topics related to estate and trust litigation, financial elder abuse, and conservatorships.
