Jennifer McGuire practices in the area of trust and estate litigation. She advocates for clients in matters involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, the validity of testamentary documents, prosecuting and defending against claims of financial abuse, and disputes regarding the characterization and distribution of trust and estate property. She has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout California in all phases of litigation, including through trial. After completing her undergraduate degree, Jennifer studied and lived abroad in London, England, where she worked in the areas of U.S. immigration and banking law.
