Winnie K. Loh focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and related litigation.Prior to joining Morrill Law, Winnie practiced at San Francisco-based law firms Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP and Hedani, Choi, Spalding & Salvagione. Over the course of her 15-year practice, Winnie has counseled individuals and families on estate planning, including high-net worth clients with complex estate planning needs, handled all stages of trust and probate administration, and has represented personal representatives, trustees, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in mediation and in court in contested probate and trust matters. Winnie’s litigation experience includes representing plaintiffs in a civil jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court, as well as representing clients in a variety of civil litigation and personal injury matters.

While in law school, Winnie participated in a Study Abroad Program with The Faculty of Law at The University of Hong Kong and served as a law intern at the Law Office of Lo, Wong & Tsui in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Chinese Mandarin.
