The addition of Winnie K. Loh to Morrill Law’s team of attorneys increases the firm’s capacity and expertise in the area of estate planning, probate and trust administration, according to Managing Partner, Joseph M. Morrill. “Winnie brings a wealth of experience working with clients whose estate planning needs require complex plans and significant strategies,” Mr. Morrill stated. “We are delighted to welcome her to the firm and introduce her to our clients.”
Ms. Loh brings her 15-year practice to Morrill Law, following associate attorney positions at two San Francisco-based law firms. She has extensive experience guiding clients through both routine and complex estate planning processes, as well as handling significant probate matters and trust administrations. Her litigation practice has involved both civil litigation and personal injury matters.
Ms. Loh earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. in political science from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the California Lawyers Association, in which she is a member of the Trust & Estates Section. She is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Chinese Mandarin.
