George Washington University Law School student Sarah Krasner joined Morrill Law in May as the firm’s summer intern.
Sarah will have the opportunity to gain hands-on law firm experience and learn from Morrill attorneys during her internship. Her responsibilities will include conducting research, drafting memoranda, assisting with trial preparation, and attending hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
During her second year of law school, Sarah began working as a student volunteer at the Family Law Pro Bono Project in Washington, D.C. where she interviewed clients and helped them obtain a range of family law services. Last summer, Sarah was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable John H. Sugiyama in the Probate Division of the Contra Costa County Superior Court.
Sarah is an experienced content writer and copy editor. She currently serves as an associate editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and is an active member of the International Law Society and the Art Law and Entertainment Society. She graduated cum laude from Scripps College in Claremont with a degree in Politics and International Relations and Russian and East European Studies. As an undergraduate, Sarah studied abroad at St. Petersburg State University in St. Petersburg, Russia. She will complete her J.D. in May 2021.
