Morgan O. Durham has joined Morrill Law as an associate attorney in the firm’s expanding trust and estate litigation practice. Morgan will focus her practice on disputes involving will and trust contests, financial and elder abuse, and related issues.

As a result of her prior experience practicing with a regional civil litigation firm, Morgan brings a considerable litigation background to the firm. She has represented clients in all aspects of a case, including pre-litigation disputes, depositions, trial preparation, mediations, and court appearances at both the State and Federal levels. Morgan served as a law clerk with the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in the Employment and Administrative Mandate Section, and in the Solano County Public Defender’s Office.

Morgan earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. in political science and philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
